This programme focuses to develop the capacity of CBOs, NGOs and other partners through coordination, conduct and facilitation of various training and training related activities.

Activities of the training section of FRC include:

• Coordination and facilitation of training related activities between various stakeholders.

• Identification of appropriate strategies and action plans for training interventions to address the identified training needs of NGOs and CBOs of NWFP.

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive training programmes for CBOs and NGOs of NWFP, and forge their links with different training resource centers, institutions, organizations and resource persons outside NWFP etc.

• Facilitation/conduct of selected training in critical areas with a focus on capacity buildings of NGOs, CBOs and other stakeholders.

• Development of training resource directory.

• Capacity building of FRC staff.
